🌱 Sustainable Practices: 

At Artterra, we value sustainability and work to maintain a low carbon footprint. Most artworks purchased through our platform are shipped directly from the artist to you. This means each piece travels significantly less than in traditional retail models, where items are often shipped multiple times before reaching the buyer.

We advise our artists on sustainable packaging choices to minimize plastic use, and a portion of every purchase is donated to our sister company, Retide, which conducts research and development to clean our oceans, as well as to other environmental organizations to offset our carbon footprint.

Whenever possible, we use ground shipping instead of air shipping, as air freight emissions are 10–20 times higher than ground transport.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Our standard shipping time is 3–9 business days, though this may be longer during the holiday season or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.

Please note that in some cases, it may take up to three weeks for artwork to be shipped.

We occasionally ship artwork outside the U.S. and Canada upon request. To arrange custom international shipping, please contact us at info@artterra.ca, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.


🔄 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for original artwork purchases. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@artterra.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital prints

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Event tickets, workshops, and courses

  • Participation fees and other digital offerings

Due to their digital nature, these sales are considered final and non-refundable.


💥 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
