Call for Artists: The Moon Bloom Celestial Summit

Be One of 7 Featured Artists for the 2025 Manifest Moonbox

We’re hosting a 3-day retreat on women’s wellness, creativity, and ritual — and we’re looking for 7 visionary artists to be featured in our Manifest Moonbox.

Selected artworks will be printed on postcards and affirmation stickers and an art poster (chosen from the featured postcards), becoming part of a curated gift box designed to inspire participants long after the retreat ends.

Terms & Compensation

• Each chosen artwork will be licensed for $100 under a non-exclusive, 2-year license.

• All submitting artists will receive a discount to the retreat as a thank-you.

• Accepted artists may also submit coupons/discount codes to be included in the Summit materials.

• Artists retain full copyright of their work.

Requirements

• Artwork must be original.

• High-resolution digital files in JPEG or PNG, max 2 MB.

• Submissions must be made through the application form below (no other formats accepted).

• Work should align with:

  • Theme: My Individuality is My SUPERPOWER

  • Mood: Vintage modern, sacred, magical, gentle

  • Palette: Vintage subdued pinks, blues, maroon, greens, white, black, gold

Categories & Sizes

• Postcard → 4” x 6”

• Affirmation Sticker → 3.25” x 4” (must include an inspiring wellness affirmation in the design)

Note on AI Art:

We understand that AI can be part of today’s creative process. For the Moon Bloom Celestial Summit, we will accept submissions where AI is used as a supporting tool—provided your own artistic skill, vision, and hand are central to the work.

Fully AI-generated images without human input will not be accepted. Preference will be given to artworks created without AI, or where AI plays only a partial role in your process. If AI is involved, please include a short note describing how you combined it with your own practice.

Our intention is to honour the human spirit of creativity, while acknowledging AI as a tool that can complement—but not replace—your voice as an artist.

• Thank you for your submissions! We have many strong contenders and we are in the process of choosing. 

• New announcement date: Friday October 10th, 2025 (11:59 PM EST)

• Selected works will be featured in the Manifest Moonbox, launching at the retreat Nov 20–22, 2025.
